Ingredients: 6 ears of corn, 1 gallon of water and a pot for it, a packet of yeast, and 1 cup of mashed fruit.

  1. Start with 6 ears of corn.
  2. Husk and cut surface of corn off the total ear.
  3. Possibly cut cobs into smaller sections.
  4. Boil corn cobs for 20-30 minutes in a gallon of water.
  5. Remove from heat, and add a packet of yeast while still warm.
  6. Add a cup of mashed fruit to the warm mixture.
  7. Ferment for 3-4 weeks and strain.
